Made-to-Measure CNC Milling
We machine wood, MDF and plastics to your individual specifications. From contours and cut-outs to shaped parts and project-specific components, we produce one-offs, prototypes and small batches.
CNC Cutting and Contour Machining
We deliver precise, repeatable cut-to-size parts from dimensions, drawings or production data. Besides straight cuts, free-form contours, cut-outs and custom part geometries are also possible.
CNC Horizontal and Edge Machining
With CNC horizontal machining, we work on side faces and workpiece edges. This allows even more complex components to be prepared precisely and reduces manual steps further down the line.
One-off Parts and CNC Small Batches
We produce individual one-off parts, samples, prototypes and recurring components in small quantities. Once agreed, machining can be repeated exactly and scaled up to a small batch when needed.
From Practice: Engraved Pucks for the 1st Ducks Cup
This job shows that our CNC router can do far more than furniture parts: for the 1st Ducks Cup on 11 April 2026, we engraved ice hockey pucks on both sides. One side carries the club logo, the other the tournament name and date. Several pucks were machined in a single set-up, each one identical. We also offer engraving and lettering as an additional service where material, design and quantity are a good fit. We check this for each project.
