During my work as a forwarding agent with hasenkamp, I have already been involved in numerous exciting projects. 

My daily tasks include managing all aspects of domestic and international removals, from calculating quotations to preparing invoices. My work also involves the preparation of customs clearances, business planning, the handling of imports and exports, and the processing of complaints and damages. Furthermore, I am responsible for drafting storage contracts and tender and presentation documents as well as correspondence in both German and English.

One project that stood out for me in particular was supervising the move of a well-known professional footballer. 

From the very beginning, the personal contact with the client was very pleasant and effective, and I am still in touch with him today. Thanks to our high-quality work, the customer also entrusted us with his next move, which of course made us very proud.

During the course of the project, I also helped pack up his belongings and took care of the customs clearance for the move. 

I can generally say that I find all the projects to which I'm assigned very interesting, and that I am always happy to meet new – and sometimes well-known – people. Working on the new website for the relocation department was also a lot of fun, with many employees actively involved in the strategy process, which I found especially motivating.
