Your day will start in the office, as you are getting an initial overview of the projects you are managing. Depending on the assignment, you will also visit your customers on site and clarify all questions and task relating to the logistics project by phone or email.
Should there be problems with a project, you will keep a cool head and look for effective solutions together with your colleagues. Furthermore, you will also be in charge of topics such as offer calculation and preparation and invoicing for upcoming projects.
Your daily work includes on-site visits to the customers' premises, if necessary or desired, advising them closely and supporting the logistics projects.
