They take care of all tasks linked to the software used by the hasenkamp group and provide all associated services – worldwide.
In addition to exchanging information with the various departments in the event of technical problems, your daily work will also include quick and effective troubleshooting. Thanks to our efficient decision-making processes and the close communication between all the departments concerned, you will be able to solve problems quickly.
Together with your colleagues, you will also take care of the development and integration of the company's IT interfaces or the installation of technology, depending on your level of knowledge and training.
As a system administrator at hasenkamp, you will benefit from state-of-the-art office premises with flexible workstations. Depending on your schedule, you will start your day by manning the emergency hotline in order to assist colleagues with problems, even when they are abroad.
When you are not assigned to the emergency hotline, you will handle the requests of hasenkamp employees with the help of a ticket system. In addition to deploying hardware, setting up the required users and installing and purchasing the relevant software, you will also provide support during live technical calls.
Throughout their working day, our system administrators are also frequently on the move to set up and install the necessary technical equipment across our premises. Moreover, they act as contact persons for new projects related to installation or interfaces, provide technical input and advise their colleagues.
