It never gets boring with us, because we are not the typical IT department of a medium-sized company. We are bts: business technology solutions. Of course, we take care of the small and big problems of our colleagues in the other departments on a as our day-to-day business. We help them to deal with their everyday challenges with computers, printers and cell phones.
But what sets us apart - and is also our hasenkamp DNA throughout the company - is our second task: enabling the implementation of the overarching hasenkamp business strategy with the right technical solutions. Because hasenkamp is premium in its niche and therefore hasenkamp IT must also be premium. This is how we turn our customers and colleagues into fans.
So we deal with all the important state-of-the technologies. Just like a start-up tech company, we dedicate ourselves to exciting topics such as Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, Zero Trust or Design Thinking in order to be able to provide our colleagues with these innovations with our own expertise. These tasks are always tackled pragmatically, effectively and efficiently and are always aligned with our strategy.
In this way, we provide the entire value chain of digital transformation for the hasenkamp Group: from requirements engineering and solution development to sustainable operation.
So that we also understand what our colleagues need and how we can "digitally transform" requirements even better, we have our own team consisting of product owners and project managers, the Demand & Product Management Team (DPM). We love lean-agile and sometimes you have to manage an implementation as a classic project - we can do both. The DPM team is methodically competent, professional and customer-oriented for the business.
Our mission: We are not only support admins, but also experts in the areas of Azure, M365 and classic on-prem operation with VMware and Co. We are currently re-invent our infrastructure deployment process to GitOps, which means that the broad field of Terraform is now also relevant for us.
The OPS team is always close to both, to the user and to current and future technology.
Hasenkamp is an association of experts and at the same time a premium service provider in an exciting niche. For us, this means that we do not select and operate off-the-shelf software and develop independently with our development team. Here, too, the focus is on technical future-proofing: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, microservice architecture, Kubernetes, Selenium and GitLab are just a few of the keywords that describe our daily work.
